Balmoral Arrives from Garlieston

Photographs © John Thomas 2007

Five shots of Balmoral showing most angles of a perfect manoeuvre coming into Douglas on 28th May and all this without bow thrusters and other modern technology. It was noticeable from those days when Balmoral visited Douglas best part of 100 Balmoral passengers per trip went on the Isle of Man Steam Railway each day showing what can be done for  Isle of Man tourism when a decent length of day trip can me made from the U.K.
