Stena Pioneer - Repair Bound in Belfast Lough

Photographs © Mark Ervine 2006

This series of photos that are of the Stena Pioneer when she was just off Kilroot Power Station on Tuesday 29th May. She seemed to be moving around a lot and occasionally rotating around. Finally, she set sail up Belfast Lough at around 17:00 in a very unusual manner of zig zaging up the lane until she finally stopped, turned around and then decided to continue on route to Belfast. Once there she unloaded her freight and headed for the Stena lay up berth in Belfast for repairs.
