Isle of Inishmore Arrives at Birkenhead

Photographs © John H. Luxton 2006

After spending Saturday at the Liverpool Bar anchorage ISLE OF INISHMORE proceeded up the Mersey on a bright and frosty Sunday morning (January 29, 2006) to North Western Ship Repairers and entered #5 Dry Dock. INISHMORE holds the distinction of being the last ship in the fleet to fly the Irish Tricolour. When she emerges under Dobson management she will be flagged in Cyprus as are her fleetmates.
