Phocine Arrives at Douglas

One of the Steam Packet's TT charter ships Cobelfret's PHOCINE (ex DART 3) arrived in Douglas Bay during the early evening of May 27. She remained at anchor overnight.

On the morning of Monday May 28 she was visited by the Laxey Towing Company's pilot vessel GIRL MARY. Once the pilot was on board she got underway, swung round and entered the harbour berthing at the Edward Pier Linkspan. Later on Monday she returned to the bay anchorage. She was joined on Tuesday by her sister vessel HOBURGEN of the Gotland Steamship Company
