Fred. Olsen Lines BLACK PRINCE visited Douglas on July 30, 2008. She was on the final leg of a one week cruise from Liverpool to Norway. Due to unfavourable conditions she was initially unable to get alongside the outside of Victoria Pier and after a couple of attempts - top row of pictures - when she was assisted by Laxey Towing Company's WENDY ANN she set off into Douglas Bay. However, around three hours after her scheduled arrival time of 12:00 she was able to get on to Victoria Pier.
