Princeton at the Pier Head

PRINCETON (ex Kapitan Engler - Germany)  of Evelegh's Griffen Towage, Dorking, Surrey is seen alongside the Smit work barge engaged in demolishing the sunken remains of the George's Landing Stage at Liverpool Pier Head on May 24, 2007.

This interesting little tug which dates from 1965 towed the Ravestein spudjack SKYLINE BARGE 15 to Merseyside in spring of 2006 for use as the temporary Mersey Ferries landing stage.
