Train ferry MALMÖ LINK of Rederei AB Nordö-Link (part of the Finnlines Group) seen arriving on the Mersey off Cammell Laird on Saturday July 28, 2007. She was assisted into dry dock by SVITZER STANLOW and THORNGARTH.

Built in 1980 MALMÖ LINK has operated for Windspoint Shipping Co Ltd (1989-1990), South Atlantic Cargo Shipping Co Ltd (1985-1989), Merivienti Oy (1981-1985)  and Ab Skärhamns Oljetransporter (1980-1981). She was renamed MALMÖ LINK in 1990, she was  originally built as the FINNHAWK. She can carry 240 passengers and 250 trucks. She is also equipped with 4 railway tracks. She is not fitted with stern door. During her visit to Merseyside she is believed to be being converted to ro/ro configuaration.
