An unusual visitor to Douglas was the wind turbine installation vessel  RESOLUTION. Built in China in 2003 and registered in the Isle of Man RESOLUTION is owned by the Middlesbrough based Marine Projects International.

She is seen departing Victoria Pier bound for Barrow-In-Furness assisted by Laxey Towing Company's WENDY ANN on Saturday October 15, 2005. She had arrived the previous evening.-
