The 1958 built hopper dredger LANTIC BAY is owned by Wyre Waste Management of Fleetwood. She is seen here undertaking dredging work at Douglas Harbour in preparation for the installation of the pontoon which will provide better facilities for visiting cruise ship tenders. At present they have to unload at the steep Victoria Pier steps. A walkway will link the new tender pontoon to the Sea Terminal.
