TSS THE TOPAZ, formerly the Canadian Pacific “EMPRESS OF BRITAIN” is seen at Alexandra Basin Dublin on May 27, 2006. Unfortunately the masts of yachts at Poolbeg Marina served to obscure every vantage point. THE TOPAZ has been chartered by the Peace Boat Organisation - a Japanese based NGO since 2003.
